Services Provided
PEX Visuals provides photography and videography services across six specialties: portrait, family, and wedding photography, and brand, event, and wedding film. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any booking are agreed upon individually before a session is confirmed.

Bookings and Deposits
A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit has been received and a date has been agreed in writing (email or a signed agreement). Deposit amounts and payment schedules vary by project and will be communicated clearly before booking. Deposits reserve the date exclusively for the client and are generally non-refundable, as they compensate for turning away other inquiries for that date.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timelines, and venue information ahead of a shoot. For weddings and events, this includes sharing a schedule and any specific must-have shots or moments in advance. PEX Visuals is not responsible for missed moments that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, venue restrictions communicated too late to plan around, or access limitations outside our control.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at booking and vary by project size, typically a matter of days for sneak peeks and a longer window for full galleries and edited film. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift due to the volume of work being processed, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. Clients will be notified of any significant delay.

Model Release and Third Parties in Frame
By booking a session that includes other people, such as guests, family members, models, or employees, the client confirms they have the right or authority to allow those individuals to be photographed or filmed for the purposes agreed at booking. PEX Visuals is not responsible for disputes between the client and third parties who appear in delivered images or video.

Coordination with Other Vendors
For weddings and events, PEX Visuals may need to coordinate with other vendors such as venues, planners, or additional photographers and videographers. We are not responsible for actions, delays, or restrictions imposed by third-party vendors that affect our ability to deliver planned coverage.

Refunds
Booking fees and deposits are generally non-refundable once a date is confirmed, as they represent a reserved slot that is no longer available to other clients. Refunds for undelivered work, in cases where PEX Visuals is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and outlined in the specific booking agreement.

Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding a booking or delivered work, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly and in good faith before pursuing any formal legal action.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any non-refundable portions of a deposit, will be outlined in the specific booking agreement for your session. As a general practice, requests to reschedule made with reasonable notice are accommodated where possible, subject to availability.

Image and Video Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PEX Visuals retains copyright of all images and video produced during a session and may use selected work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including this website and social media. Clients booking a session receive a license to use delivered images and video for personal or, where agreed, commercial use, depending on the nature of the booking.

Payment Terms
Final payment is due according to the schedule agreed at booking, typically prior to final delivery of edited stills or video. Late payment may result in delayed delivery.

Limitation of Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to deliver complete coverage of any booked session, PEX Visuals is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control that affect coverage, including equipment failure, illness, extreme weather, or venue restrictions. In such cases, we will work with the client on a fair resolution.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of PEX Visuals and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PEX Visuals operates, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
